Our law firm was founded as a limited partnership (partnership in commendam) in 1999. A general partner is Barbara Żuradzka, legal adviser. The roots of the firm reach 1988, when legal adviser Barbara Żuradzka and barrister Marian Żuradzki, as civil partnership "IUS", started to consult developing private business in Poland.

From the beginning, our company has specialized in the field of business law consultation. Now, the Barbara Żuradzka's partnership head office is in Katowice, the capital of Upper Silesia Region.

We are proud of informing our clients, that we are a member of Association Of Independent European Lawyers (AIEL), with the seat in London, Great Britain.
